AMA Recap: Kyte. One x Infinite Launch
We would like to express our gratitude towards those who joined the AMA on 18th Mar 2022 in the Infinite Launch Telegram group. We appreciate all your support. This is a recap of the entire session, in case you missed it!

Our AMA with Galaxy Blitz comprises of 3 main sections:

1.       5 basic questions from the host to give a brief introduction about the project.

2.       4 questions from community members on Twitter.

3.       Live AMA: 5 random questions from our community.

1st Segment: QUESTIONS FROM HOST

Q1. Could you please tell us a little bit about yourself and your team? What are your past experiences?

For sure… So by means of introduction, myself, Neha Alreha and I am head of growth at Kyte. One! With a total of 8+ years of experience in the development and growth fields, I have had the chance to embed all my experiences in Kyte. One and make it a success. I always had a knack for the blockchain world and have been constantly reading about how marketing fits into it. Luckily, I landed on Kyte. One and since then it has always been uphill. Now, Chandra ,Rachit, and Surya are the Co-Founders at Kyte. One and the vision they are trying to implement is just out of the box. Chandra was earlier Co-Founder at canumeet.com which is an appointment scheduling software and has more than 7 years of experience handling operations, investments, community, collaborations, and all other management activities. Rachit on the other hand is a beast with knowledge on both development and marketing and has been working on both ends with us on Kyte. He also was a founder of Smooper which helped connect people with digital marketing agencies and has been in the blockchain world for the last 3 years now.

So our work on Kyte was started first by Surya Singh in 2020 when he started playing around with DeFi tools. We also have our core developers Muiz, Neha, Aslam in the team who are the founding blocks of Kyte. One and have been equally participating in the development, marketing and sales area. Neha was also the founder of an edtech startup called TheSparkClub aimed to teach science to kids at a young age. On the other hand Aslam, is an avid UI developer with an extensive knowledge of blockchain and handles the UI and UX development at Kyte.One. He is also the founder of https://codedmails.com/ and has co-authored a book on bulma.io! Overall our awesome team is working towards the same vision and we are very motivated to help Kyte. One achieve heights.

Q2. Let’s give the audience a brief description of what Kyte is? How did you come up with the idea of Kyte? Is it influenced by any special moment or story?

Yes sure… It has earlier been seen to have caused some confusion to few community members.

So, the project name in its entirety is Kyte. One where we aim to build suite of multichain dapps targeting some or the other niche problems of the block chain world. Within Kyte, we are building our flagship product AirLyft which is the first ever decentralized growth hacking platform and aims to provide a one-stop solution for all the growth hacking needs for a crypto startup where each organization can create an event and let AirLyft do the maximum for them. It will be a platform where startups can organize and run customized events, distribute rewards on-chain & boost their project instantaneously. And by the time an event is completed, our apps will help you get dynamic engagement from your community (totally BOT FREE) & reward them in KTE or your native tokens. Be it Airdrops, Giveaways, Quizzes, Competitions - AirLyft provides a seamless experience. We are certain that this unified growth hacking platform is going to change the face of how marketing events are currently organized in the blockchain world. So, as you can see, the benefits are endless and it gets exciting with each moving step. I also want to point out that AirLyft will not just be suitable for new blockchain projects but for existing blockchain projects too. This platform will be best suited for each of our community members, startups, existing projects, KOLs, VCs, Launchpads and Investors.

Now coming to the idea of how we came up with Kyte, it was actually Surya who thought of this and back in the month of November we organized a simple giveaway for the community members where they had to perform certain tasks to win tokens. We received an overwhelming response of 4600+ participations but when checked manually for it’s validity there were only 260 legit participations and rest all were either duplicates or bots who participated. We understood that the problem is something which the world of blockchain needs and since then we buckled up to solve this.

Q3.  What are the competitive advantages of Kyte compared to its competitors? How do you plan to differentiate Kyte?

From a technical point of view, we are doing great. Our tech team is working day and night to achieve the milestones and the best part is that we are able to do it before the deadline. We recently posted our weekly tech update yesterday mentioning what all was completed this week. It included a number of things such as a smart contract for distributing ERC 20 tokens to winners of events, airlyft registries, ERC 20 distribution controllers, refurbished the UI to have a better user experience, working on the user interface of equal distribution scheme, multiple token distribution schemes is on its way, Twitter integrations along with subtasks such as Follow, retweet, share, posts, Twitter validations, and the biggest one yet, the core smart contract has now been finalized for an audit that would include tokens, vesting & Staking. We are basically using our Engineering Kanban board to achieve the tasks for the day and making sure it is completed without any delays so there are no such variables to fix. However, yes we will have to further wait for confirmation from the audit team. In a nutshell, we will have the beta version of the product ready prior to our IDO and the product will be released that will have an audit certificate and a working prototype of the core idea with staking module. Additionally, there are a few other units that are still being worked on and it would surely be completed prior to IDO for regression level testing. So, overall we are doing excellent form product development.

NOTE: WE WILL BE HAVING OUR BETA LAUNCH SOON…. STAY TUNED!

Q4. What are the competitive advantages of Kyte. One compared to its competitors? How do you plan to differentiate Kyte. One?

There are multiple advantages of Kyte. One product AirLyft when compared to its competitors. We have multiple “UNIQUE SELLING POINTS” which makes our product stand out from any of the tools providing growth services. If compared to decentralized tools, AirLyft will have the capability to integrate smart contracts for rewarding users dynamically. In Smart Contract Integration, organizations can simply create a learn-to-earn campaign at AirLyft & can be rewarded based on the activities users are performing at the organization's own app. So, say there is an organization XYZ that has created an action in AirLyft that if any user connects a wallet on their website, using our smart contract integration module, they can get points awarded at AirLyft.

Additionally, another unique selling point for AirLyft is it’s Engagement Tracking feature which will keep a track of which users has engaged how many times in the organization mainnet application and social channel and then provide a report which will give a detailed view of what percentage of community is interacting and what percentage is not interacting. With this data set, organizations can then simply use AirLyft and decide on their campaign to make these inactive users interact with the product. AirLyft will also have a content creation module where event participants can earn a reward for the content they will be building in the competition. This will be checked for spammy and vulgar content and only then will be made life as successful participation. Users don't need to worry anymore about getting rewards after winning an event. Some other competitive advantages that only AirLyft will provide to its user is building a partner dashboard, having a public profile for the startups, performing NFT giveaway competitions, KOL Pools, and a slick, simple UX.

Q5.  What are the competitive advantages of Kyte compared to its competitors? How do you plan to differentiate Kyte?

We have very carefully thought of certain parameters before devising our token utilities and revenue model. For a Service based crypto project it is very important that the service users do not get affected by the change in the token value but the Holders get benefited by the token price changes. The investers also gain profit out of the token price hike, similarly the traders benefit from the ups and downs of the market price of the token.

So in order to achieve the above Kyte team has come up with a beautify $KTE utility model where the KTE Token is required to subscribe to AirLyft. Subscribers can choose to either hold KTE to access AirLyft’s services or borrow its utility from existing holders.

Following are the various benefits

1. Subscribers (startups, organizations, influencers, traditional platforms) using AirLyft’s services can directly pay for their subscription like a traditional SaaS platform and this does not stint AirLyft's growth by creating hurdles of holding tokens to use the platform.

2. The subscribers can directly ‘borrow’ the token utility from token holders with zero collateral.

3. Token holders can provide access to the platform to masses by ‘lending’ the token utility to subscribers while earning rewards.

This allows the companies that want to use AirLyft’s services to simply pay the fee just like a traditional SaaS platform subscription, while allowing the token holders to win rewards for lending the subscription.

To make sure we successfully implement the scheme we will be introducing a few sister tokens $uKTE, $tKTE & $lpKTE but to the consumers only the apex token $KTE will be available.

2nd Segment: QUESTIONS FROM TWITTER

Q1. Could you give us an overview of the tokenomics? Is the token designed to rise and fall with the success of the platform, and does it include any scarcity paths such as stake, store, or burn?

We love explaining our tokenomics to users as it gives a clear picture of our future plan. I will explain the vesting periods for our seed, early, private and public round.

Seed Price: $0.10, 6% unlock day 0, 150 day cliff, 6% unlock each month

Early Price: $0.12, 8% unlock day 0, 120 day cliff, 6% unlock each month

Private Price: $0.14, 10% unlock day 0, 90 day cliff, 8% unlock each month

Public Price: $0.18, 40% upfront unlock and then 20% each month.

Now, to maintain a consistency between the token price on each round, the value has been kept as such. If you take a deep look, there are certain cliff days added in each of these rounds. The main intent of having these instilled in our tokenomics is that the price of token remains stable and is not affected by the pump and dump. For the public, we obviously haven’t kept any cliff as they are the end users for whom we are building our product. Now, by the time the public round entirely unlocks, all the private is maintained at cliff ensuring tokens price stability. The same logic is applied to private and early where while private is unlocked totally, early rounds are maintained at cliff and so on. Same goes with seed rounds. This methodology will keep the token prices intact for a longer term. For a better experience, we will be having staking available for users to stake their tokens and hold long term ensuring maximum profits for them. Overall, we have very carefully thought of this and devised our tokenomics to ensure max returns for all the investors and help token holders

❤️

Q2. How do you convince Kyteone holders that their investment is secure within your platform? And also your smart Contract has been already audited?. Can you tell us more details about the audit? Can anyone access the locked liquidity pool on Pancakeswap?

Indeed an excellent question. Thanks to the twitter user for asking this.

Now, the investment is obviously secured within our platform.

So, at the end of the day, it all comes down to how we are developing the platform and what methodologies are being implemented for making the platform more secure. The developer team at Kyte. One has an extensive experience and each developer has work experience of almost 10+ years in developing enterprise level products and the experience speaks for itself.

These bright minds have been working day and night to make sure they cover each and every single use cases and corner case that could lead to any issue. Hence the code written here in developing platform is secured to its best. And yes, we are proud to inform you that our contracts are already audited from Hacken where we have received security score of 10/10 from them.

Further any new modules being introduced in smart contract will always be audited in the coming times ensuring security remains at top positions. For the last part of your question, we would certainly have the liquidity pool locked on a dex in binance chain and would have this informed at the earliest.

We have a blog upcoming on the KTE Token, the smart contract security and more, please stay tuned to our medium https://blog.kyte.one/

Q3. Partnerships is one of important factors for every project. Could you name some of your partners? What are the benefits that you get from them? And is there any partnership that will be established in the near future?

Yes, there is no doubt in the fact that collaborations and partnerships are the cornerstone to improve adoption and one has to provide ample amount of their time to be successful in it.

So, I just wanted to let you know that AirLyft is one of a kind project that will become the need of the hour with every growing day. The number of Defi and GameFi projects are increasing each single day and it will continue to do so in the coming time and so is the need for exposure. To start with, using social channels, we are currently expanding our reach to members and other members in the community, the current marketing status in the blockchain world, and what are the issues around it. We have also published researched blogs on medium showing the statistics, the problems around exposure, and that there is the need to have a product resolving them.

Moving forward, we have come up with a platform Interviews by AirLyft where we are interviewing the interesting projects on web 3.0 for having a future collaboration with them. We are organizing internal AMAs, Q&A sessions, Twitter Spaces to further this idea into the world of blockchain. We have been getting immense support from our backers on this using which we are sure to have multiple collaborations.  There is an inhouse business development team available who has been working day and night to integrate AirLyft with their growth hacking usages and I am proud to let you know that we have already partnered with nearly 15+ projects in multiple ecosystems (SnowConeDAO, Heroes of NFT, YAY Protocol just to name a few) and now have a backing from the Harmony and Telos Foundation too. We are very strong on this and will continue to expand the user base more in the coming future.

And ofcourse we have launchpads like Infinite Launch and others as our partners ❤️

Q4. Can you explain what your long term goals are? How do you think @kyteone will work and avoid being displaced by other projects and better benefits? Based on your current controls, do you think @kyteone  is a truly sustainable project?

Wohoo... an awesome question. To start with, we are multichain by heart and by project architecture where we strongly abide by the statement that "WHO DOESN'T NEED GROWTH" .... Taking this into consideration, we have an evm compatible project that supports every dapps irrespective of ecosystem they belong to. Apart from the help of Avalanche, we have already received approval grants from Harmony ecosystem, secured a strategic investment from Telos Foundation and in talks with Moonbeam Foundation too for helping the dapps in their ecosystem for growth hacking. So, I believe you get the point of what our user base is and what we are targeting in these startups and organizations. Trust us, the user base is huge here and we are solving specific pain points that are gonna change the way how growth is being carried out in the blockchain world. Now, because growth is something that is being looked for each single day, it will continue to do so anytime in the coming future ensuring we have a long term mark in the ecosystems. We will keep on developing the product and make growth a jiffy based on the current trends. DYNAMIC ENGAGEMENT on it's way!!!

Q5. How many killer features of #Kyteone project that makes it ahead of its competitors? Could you tell us 2-3 features ?  And What are the plans to educate and raise awareness and adoption among the community to make more people understand about the project easily?

Sure. Thanks for these awesome questions. Some of the competitive advantages for AirLyft over all the above-mentioned centralized platforms will be that AirLyft provides a decentralized reward distribution mechanism. Startups can run their Twitter giveaways and reward successful participants from a single platform.

Some other competitive advantages that only AirLyft will provide to its user is building a partner dashboard, having a public profile for the startups, performing NFT giveaway competitions, KOL Pools, and a slick, simple UX.

3rd Segment: QUESTIONS FROM GROUP

Q1. My question: Ambassadors play a very important role in every project. Do you have an ambassador program? if yes please share it with us?

The TG group we have right now is a global community where we push all our daily updates. But we are always looking for someone who can create and start local / regional communities in their specific languages. For this we are coming up with an Ambassador program. So if anyone is interested please contact @nehaalreja. The only talent we are looking for is crypto enthusiasm 🔥

Q2. Do you have tutorial videos so we can get to know your project more clearly or do you have a YouTube channel or something? Can you share it with us?

Thanks for pointing this out. Yes we have a youtube channel available and the link for the channel is below.

https://youtube.com/channel/UCNlskdnFBJx8umS3RvNaioQ

We have just started with this channel and will be continuously updating the educational videos about Kyte flagship product Airlyft. For instance, here is one of our educational videos that explains how you can use the product AirLyft and how startups can use it.

https://youtu.be/wJ5wy5eu7uY

We will keep updating our channel and make AirLyft easily accessible for our community.

Q3. PARTNERS are the most important that strengthen the ecosystems of all projects. Could you tell us about your project partners and the partnership strategy it has adopted?

Yes, there is no doubt in the fact that collaborations and partnerships are the cornerstone to improve adoption and one has to provide ample amount of their time to be successful in it. So, I just wanted to let you know that AirLyft is one of a kind project that will become the need of the hour with every growing day.  The number of Defi and GameFi projects are increasing each single day and it will continue to do so in the coming time and so is the need for exposure. We are very strong on this and will continue to expand the user base more in the coming future.

Q4. Do you have a Token Burning plan to increase Token value and attract Investors to invest?

Indeed, we have a token burn plan in the token utility model we have. Token burns really are the best thing and we have thought about it very carefully. So, as per the token utility we have, the subscribers of AirLyft platform which is the organization or startups who hosts these events pay us either in Fiat or in Stables. Once they take the subscription, an equivalent amount of utility token or uKTE is allocated to them that ensures until what time they have the subscription available.  This uKTE is actually released from the lease pool where users drop their token for leasing the uKTE to subscribers. These uKTE are ERC20 expirable tokens which automatically burn up as soon as the subscription ends. On the other hand, the revenue that we generate from the subscription, 10% will be used for buy back from the market and that will be burnt entirely to increase the token value each time. Hope this answers your question

Q5. My question : Non-crypto users are very important for mainstream adoption. How are you planning to attract non-crypto users towards your project? Is there any upcoming partnership that will bring non-crypto users and real-use cases?

Thanks for this awesome question. Indeed the block chain world is a mixed set of people who are experts in crypto and someone who is very new to the block chain world. The non crypto investors are obviously a major chunk and we plan to educate them about your product based on usages, our partnerships, our dedication and numbers. These all acts as a motivation to learn about the blockchain world and help make a mark in the ecosystem. To start with, we have a smart contract integrations module where we enable users to try out the platform and learn about them to win rewards. This indeed is our learn to earn module where startups based on their requirements can create any campaigns and ensure users learn about it to complete events. This would give a good push to newcomers on how they can learn about the projects. Additionally, we also have an interview website available currently that you can use to learn about the projects, what are their plans and so on and get a good grasp of ideas they are implementing. This is our other initiative to help users get to know more about the projects in the blockchain world. Additionally, our user experience experts have designed the flow so well that entire participation becomes self explanatory. Taking all these into consideration, where users can learn and earn, I am very sure that non crypto users will equally be driven towards the project for participation.
