We would like to express our gratitude towards those who joined the AMA on 11thJan 2021 at the Infinite Launch telegram group. We appreciate all your support. This is a recap of the entire session, in case you missed it!

Our AMA with Arenum comprises 3 main sections:

1. 5 basic questions from the host to give a brief introduction about the project.

2. 5 questions from community members on Twitter.

3. Live AMA: 5 random questions from our community.

1stSegment: QUESTIONS FROM HOST

Q1: Could you please tell us a little bit about yourself and your team? What are your past experiences?

We have been working together for the last 5 years and built our own:

• blockchain based on the tender mint

• on-demand high-load video services

• mobile video streaming services

• AI-video analytics system

• Arenum Tournament platform (since 2018)

Eduard is ranked 30under30 by Forbes, has attracted over $90M to his companies, I have entrepreneurial experience in bootstrapping IT products, and Alexander has spent 17 years in game development.

We have worked out a team of developers, project managers, and game designers on board, this helps us to deliver products of any difficulty.

Q2. Let’s give the audience a brief description of what Arenum is? How did you come up with the idea of Arenum? Is it influenced by any special moment or story?

⚡️⚡️Arenum is the next step in the evolution of commercial and technological infrastructure of #web3 gaming.

⚡️⚡️Leveraging its powerful SDKs Arenum aims to become the Epic Store of Solanaverse that brings together game devs, gamers and influencers. What’s so special about Arenum? It’s actually easy⚡️⚡️.

🔥We call them moon factors🔥:

🌚 The Global Matching Engine (tournament platform) for eSports: Arenum is built from the ground up to reward both the #players for their engagement in the games they play as well as the #developers for the #games they labor on. We give players an opportunity to compete in their favorite games and earn crypto.

🌚🌚The Epic Store for Solanaverse: Arenum offers a set of powerful SDKs that enables traditional game devs to seamlessly port their Unity/Unreal Engine gaming infrastructure on-chain and enable Play-to-Earn mechanics from the get-go.

🌚🌚🌚Production ready: Arenum is here to deliver. We are a long-standing business with years of experience, millions of registered users and a cash-positive business model. Supported by the industry's leading partners, we take it all and bring it on-chain.

We always wanted to do an infrastructural product, not just a single game. Also, we all love to compete and play a lot.

Besides that, we always do lots of analytics before starting and enter only huge markets.

The mobile gaming market is the fastest-growing segment in gaming and is projected to double in terms of money till 2025.

There are over 3B players around the world!

We want to take at least 100M and bring them to the Solana ecosystem).

Q3. Could you share with us the current development stage of Arenum?

Our product consists of the following parts:

- eSports games. Arenum.games (website and app), where we already have 70 tournaments daily in PUBG Mobile, CoD Mobile, Free Fire, and Brawl Stars. This part will receive the crypto update after the TGE. It’s an already working product.

- duels and challenges in casual games. This aspect is in the open beta test. If you want to get a private allocation whitelist spot - you can try to defeat me during the live event in our community)

- crypto games tournaments. Under development.

So we’ll be covering all these types of games on a single platform soon.

We launched Arenum right when the pandemic started in March 2020.

Q4. What are the competitive advantages of Arenum compared to its competitors? How do you plan to differentiate Arenum?

The main idea of Arenum - is that Arenum is an existing product and Arenum is a platform.

In the long run, platforms thrive. Arenum is a platform giving the initial infrastructure needed for game developers and gamers

Arenum is above the hit-driven game industry - using successful games as fuel to power the platform’s growth and income, we play by the rules we’ve created.

Higher retention and opportunity to use the cross-game exposure makes the marketing cheaper and ensures the platform from ‘flash in the pan’ or one-hit wonder consequences. Arenum sits at a level above games and remains stable by focusing on using trends to grow as a platform.

Q5. Please provide a detailed overview of the token $ARN, what are its use cases and tokenomics? How can we buy your token?

A few points:

1) We will add farming for liquidity providing (liquidity mining for token holders)

2) For the game developers it is necessary to stake our tokens to use Arenum SDK

3) For KOLs and streamers, who want to launch their own tournament for any games on our platform is also needed to stake tokens, but they will earn commission from that tournaments and they will promote it at their social networks )

4) We will organize huge numbers of promo tournaments for gamers, free to enter, put the sum of prizes will depend on the size of winners stake.

So, we expect that at least 1% of our 2M user base will become our token holders and will stake it)

Also token can be used in casual duels and at the NFT marketplace.

We’ll so have a surprise update soon, hope the players will be excited by the way token will work in our free2play2earn model🤓🤓🤓

2nd Segment: QUESTIONS FROM TWITTER

Q1. Can you list killer features of #Arenum that make it ahead of its competitors? What is the competitive advantage your platform has that you feel most confident about?

Firstly, we are a platform - so we are more sustainable and flexible at the same time than just a single stand alone game.

Secondly, we have a proven track record with 2M registered players and 150k paying players.

As for casual games - we already have the product in the open fiat beta test and already have 50k of installs.

We work with data and metrics to make data-driven decisions for product development.

So it is not just a lending page and fantasies😸

Q2: In crypto, the majority seek short-term benefits and gains, but the real big benefit/gain comes from long-term projection. So, what would you say about your long-term plans for your community that trusts the Arenum team?

I guess it is not only in crypto)

This often happens I our everyday life.

But this means pure luck. Long-term success can only be based on high-quality fundamentals

Let me share our tokenomics:

You can see that we have rather strict tokenomics with the small initial unlocks, big cliffs and long term vesting.

For example, the team will be able to get something only after 7 months cliff, with 20 months vesting after the cliff, so as you can see initial unlock is 0 for the team.

As for institutional investors - they also have cliffs and long term vesting plans.

Also attracting investment, we gave allocations only to those backers who has good recommendations and can bring additional value to the project.

So all of us are motivated long-term.

Q3: Non-crypto user is very important for mainstream adoption. How you are planning to attract non-crypto users towards your project? Is there any upcoming partnership that will brings non-crypto users and real-use case?

Good onboardings are very important.

We'll be using step-by-step onboardings to be able o adopt new players to crypto.

Most p2e products are really hard to understand.

We use easy and familiar fiat players games for the soft onboarding process which will let us have a wide a funnel as possible.

So far as we come from traditional gaming we want to merge the play2earn model and nice gaming experience.

We are very much focused on the LTV and long-term metrics. We realize that if we’ll be able to bring fun and excitement to the p2e model - our product will be TOP1 thing)

Also, we use popular mobile games like PUBG, CoD, FreeFire, and got the ready-to-go product (you may test it at Arenum.games). Moreover, we will add our own casual games and solution for 3rd party game developers.

Also, we have a secret partnership that will give us a direct fiat-crypto gate to our token😎

Coming soon after the TGE.

Q4: What is the background, of the @Arenum_official project, team do you think the team's qualifications, and experience, able to support the long-term development, of the project?

The team is one of the most important factors. For me, it is the top1 factor, from my point of view.

So, let me tell you a bit more about our co-founders.

Eduard Gurinovich Co-founder, 30under30 ranked by Forbes

Raised over $90M of venture capital to his companies

A founder of CarPrice and CarMoney with 50+ offices across Russia, Japan, India, and Brazil.

Just in 2 years, CarPrice was ranked among the largest Russian IT companies with revenue of over $200M revenue. Eduard knows how to scale!

Alexander Pasechnik Co-founder

Bootstrapped various IT products from zero to $1M revenue.

Built online educational products, marketplaces, and eSports platforms.

Created partnerships with major IT companies, such as Gett, Yandex and Mail.u Group.

Alexander Zelenshikov Co-founder

Developed several high-performance proprietary rendering engines

17 years in game development at key positions as a tech lead in Russian and international companies: Digital Element, Novy Disc, Nival, and Obsidian Entertainment.

For the last 5 years, he has been leading his own outsource software company specialized in high-performance technical solutions for game rendering, streaming, and VOD.

We are public people with the public reputation we care about.

For the last 5 years we've built:

• blockchain based on the tendermint

• on-demand high-load video services

• mobile video streaming services

• AI-video analytics system

Inside the team, we have 30 members: developers, designers, project managers, product managers, QA.

So we are able to deliver.

One more very important fact is that we know each other for quite a long time, we've already gone through success and failure. Fails are very important, because if the team is able to through it - it becomes much more powerful.

Q5: For a project, community factors contribute significantly to the success of the project, so does your project have any plans for long-term community development?

It is very important for us to build an involved and sustainable community.

We aim to be as open and as sincere as possible.

We are eager to establish a partnership in which we'll be able to develop together.

Besides, for me as a product manager, it is vitally important to get community feedback asap, so I could develop it in the proper way.

I would like to invite you to play Scorebeat matches with me and win private allocations spots.

Let it be the first step of our community development and personal relationship.

3rdSegment: QUESTIONS FROM GROUP

Q1: Did you consider community feedback/requests during the creation of your product in order to expand on fresh ideas for your project? Many projects fail because the target audience and clients are not understood. So I'd like to know who your ideal consumer is for your product?

For us, it is very important to get a high LTV and low customer acquisition costs.

So far as we come from the gaming industry - we start the test of paid traffic prior to product development.

If we see that the CAC may be reduced to acceptable levels which can be covered by projected LTV - we start working.

Also, we work closely with the support team - so I know the product problems and bugs on the daily basis.

I get the daily reports and decide what should be done right now and what can we did later.

So we always use this feedback.

Also, we have a proven track record for esports, so the risks are low, we know this market and product are really well.

As for the casual games - we use successful benchmarks such as skillz.com or mpl.live, so we've done quite a lot of work before we started and as I've told - we always look at the data while delivering new features.

Q2: My question is about your long-term marketing plans. How, or through which big partnerships do you plan on utilizing to pass your product onto the normal - especially non-crypto people?

Marketing is the extremely important thing.

There are various sources of traffic we consider working with:

- Paid traffic. We are strong at paid traffic (Fb, Instagram, TikTok, Google ads, etc.), we've dropped customer acquisition cost in 4 times at Europe, USA, Brazil, CIS and Mexico. We work with creatives and analytics, rebuild the companies and trigger events, doing lots of experiments - so we will be able to optimize the paid price at any market.

- Opinion leaders. We have experience of work with gaming bloggers/streamers at YouTube and Twitter. We have an army of KOLs right now. It is a powerful channel and it shouldn't be underestimated.

- Referral and reward system. In our experience, we had almost 23% of traffic generated by the referral system. We know that the best cases give up to 40%, so we will eager to reach these numbers). The Reward system gives you small awards for completing the daily quests and sharing the results to your social networks accounts. We release some news or the player wins the match/gets a reward and receives a pre-prepared screenshot to share and get a small reward. 100k of those who share will generate huge advertising reach and coverage.

- Cross-promo with other games and communities. In terms of operation, it is very close to the work with opinion leaders.

- PR and content. We have good connections with crypto audience resources. Also we have PR consultants that have been working for the Solana community and will give us arrangements in top business publications (Forbes, NY times, Inc, etc.)

I believe the combination of these approaches will help us to succeed.

Q3: Are you afraid someday there will be another project with more innovative technology can replace your project?

This always can happen.

For this reason, we have to be always active in making iterations to develop the product, looking at the market analytics, etc.

For this reason giants like Facebook or google acquire all the successful services available to make them a part of their own ecosystem.

I hope we'll have enough experience and sensitivity to anticipate this situation.

Q4: What strategy will you implement to bring non-crypto-natives into your ecosystem? How do you keep a balance between developing the technology and also improving the value of your token?

The first thing is free2play model from traditional gaming.

No need to pay $500 to start.

Secondly, familiar games - lower the stress of diving into crypto products.

Besides that: direct gate to buy our token for the fiat money, bypassing dex for the inexperienced users.

Step-by-step onboarding which should be gentle enough not to blow up the user's mind by Gamefi and Defi)

I have to test a lot of products, I am very motivated, but sometimes it takes hours to figure out how some products work.

Q5: Is your project only for elite investors, what about others with small funds, is it open to everyone?

I believe that it is for value-adding investors.

There are some small investors but they work if this, they help a lot, make intros, etc.

At the same time, you can have a tier fund on board that will just give money, logo, and do nothing.

So we've built capital of people and funds who can give more than money.
